The band was founded in 2005, united by their deep love for Italian Punk/Hardcore old school and in 2006 released their first EP "Destini Segnati". In 2011, they record their first full length: "Passività Urbana". Stesso Sporco Sangue take part in many concert in Sicily and also in Italy and They record new material for the upcoming album.
